Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Pelvic floor physical therapy focuses on assessing and treating the muscles, joints, and connective tissues of the pelvis that play a key role in core stability, bladder and bowel control, sexual function, and overall movement. A pelvic floor PT can help with concerns such as pelvic pain, urinary or fecal incontinence, urinary urgency, pelvic organ prolapse symptoms, postpartum recovery, painful intercourse, and core or low-back dysfunction related to pelvic floor muscle imbalance. Treatment is individualized and may include education, targeted exercises, manual therapy, and strategies to improve coordination and strength—helping you restore function, reduce symptoms, and improve quality of life.
