Work Conditioning

Work conditioning physical therapy is a structured, evidence-based program designed to help individuals safely return to physically demanding jobs after an injury. These programs focus on rebuilding strength, endurance, mobility, and job-specific functional abilities—such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or repetitive tasks—based on the physical demands of your occupation. Sessions are more intensive than standard PT and simulate real work activities to ensure you can perform your job safely and confidently. The goal is to bridge the gap between injury recovery and full-duty work, reduce the risk of re-injury, and support a successful return to the workplace.
